DIY Spring painted pillows

Today I am sharing how I made these paints pillow covers.

I’ve been wanting to create textile patterns for a while now and I thought I would paint on blank pillow covers until I master making surface patterns.

I used golden liquid acrylic paint and craft paint. The flowers were referenced from a variety of flower books I have. I will make flower templates soonish or contact us to send to you.

To prevent the paint from leaking through the backside of the pillow I put parchment paper inside the pillow.

I purchased my supplies from Amazon although I prefer to shop local I couldn’t find what I needed in my town.
